Terms:

Unless the context indicates otherwise, as used in these Terms, (i) “National Construction Group”,  “us,” “we” and “our” refer to National Construction Group LLC.

Warranty:

The term “Lifetime” means the named homeowner who is the original purchaser of National Construction Group LLC products and installation services. The term of the “Lifetime” period shall remain in effect only if the original purchaser remains as the owner and primary occupant of the residence on an uninterrupted basis. This Lifetime Workmanship Warranty expires upon the sale of the residence, the designation of the residence as investment or rental property, or if the original purchaser is no longer the resident of the property. This Lifetime Workmanship Warranty is non-transferable.

What Is Covered:

This Lifetime Workmanship Warranty covers installation according to established industry standards at the time of installation and covers defects caused by improper installation and or damage to the products while being applied that are caused by the installation crew.

In the event of a valid warranty claim, National Construction Group LLC will furnish labor to repair any defective installation workmanship. We will also supply replacement materials when necessary to make such repairs. National Construction Group LLC reserves the right to substitute materials that it believes are of equal value if materials identical to those originally installed are no longer readily available to us when such repairs are performed. All replacement work and materials will be provided solely by National Construction Group LLC, or by parties designated by National Construction Group LLC, The homeowner may not contract with another to provide such labor or materials unless otherwise directed in writing by National Construction Group LLC. Repairs undertaken deterioration of the building structure, improper care, adverse effects of pollution, normal surface wear, accidental or intentional damage, manufacturing defects, failure of materials, or any cause beyond National Construction Group LLC control. In addition, this Warranty does not cover routine maintenance (e.g., caulking, cleaning). National Construction Group LLC, WILL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY EVENT FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DAMAGE TO THE INTERIOR OR EXTERIOR OF ANY RESIDENCE WHETHER FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT, OR FOR ANY OTHER CAUSE. The total liability of National Construction Group LLC for claims under this warranty shall be limited to, and in no event shall exceed, in the aggregate, the total installed cost of the home improvement products originally installed by National Construction Group LLC.

How to File a Workmanship Warranty Claim:

To file a Workmanship Warranty claim, you must send written notice of the claim, a copy of your original National Construction Group LLC, contract, and a picture of the alleged defect, within 7 days after your discovery of the alleged claim.

This warranty is only on valid on whole home replacements of siding, windows, roof. There are no expressed warranties except as contained in this warranty statement. ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY, HABITABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HERBY DISCLAIMED.
